I believe that Ukraine has much more potential to become “European” country then Russian. But I think Ukraine is corrupted at this time maybe even more then Russia. For example you can buy their citizenship, I personally talked with guys who did this. I have contact of people who is… kind of agent… middle-men between immigrants and government workers. Believe me, for not big money you can become Ukraine citizen very fast. Of cause you don’t need that if you are … let’s say from France or US. But guys from some African countries and from ex-Soviet republic are appreciating this opportunity. I am sure … actually I know you can resolve a lot of problem there using money. But i also would like to mention that Ukraine is not poor country, even if you have been there,doesnt mean that you know all about that country.
